Looking for recommendations on a Travel System

I'm looking for recommendations and reviews on a car seat/stroller travel system. I would like the car seat to be lightweight and the stroller not to be too large when folded. I'd also like the seat to fold down flat and drink tray (cup holder)for the parent and the child. I would prefer the 3 wheel type that is all terrain. I also would like the weight of the carseat to start at 4lbs, not 5lbs. There is so much out there and I can't seem to find something that checks all the boxes 🤦‍♀️ thanks for your help!
