TTC possible signs of pregnancy need advice!!!

Hey guys, so I recently quit my birth control about a month ago now, me and SO had sex a couple days before I was predicted to ovulate, and now today I have had clear sticky discharge with streaks of blood so sticky it has gotten in my pubes (yes they are trimmed) and making it stick together is that normal? As well as my boobs have been hurting I am nauseated in the morning I have been having headaches and all around feeling weird I need some advice!!
