Since my little one was born (6 weeks ago) my right breast has been the bigger one when engorged and the where I get more milk out of. Since Saturday when I had a blocked duct in it (got it out right away) my left breast has become engorged many times during the day and is now producing more than my right. It’s like they switched but now my left breast is bigger than my right.

Has anyone had this happen?

How can I fix it?

How can I get the left breast to stop being engorged multiple times a day (never happened before on either side)?

I hate being super lopsided when I wasn’t lopsided before this started happening. This is my second baby I’m nursing and I didn’t have this problem with my first little one.
