Possible STI

Hey guys, so about 3 weeks ago, my boyfriend (age 17) and I had unprotected “sex”. We were virgins and were each other’s first despite him previously being in a 2 year relationship. His penis was in me for like 3 seconds but when we noticed a lot of blood coming from me, we stopped. I literally bled all over his penis and it trickled all the way to his stomach and underwear band (he was laying down on his back and I was on top cowgirl style). We cleaned up and just decided to wait for a better time to continue.

Just recently, he noticed some discomfort in his balls but didn’t know what was causing it (a strain while lifting something at work or something?). One day, he told me that it he might’ve had a bladder infection bc he was peeing a lot even though he hadn’t drank much water that day. He ignored it for a couple days but once I noticed that his ejaculate was a yellow/green color, I brought it to his attention. Soon, it became painful for him to even walk and difficult for him to find a comfortable way to lay down. He scheduled an appointment with his doctor and was told he should get an ultrasound.

Today was the day he got the ultrasound and he was told that it was epididymitis (inflammation of the tube at the back of the testicle often caused by a bacterial infection or STI). It is common and it is treatable with antibiotics but I am starting to think that my blood entered his urethra, traveled all the way down, and entered his blood stream. I’ve never been tested for STD’s/STI’s but I’m starting to think I may have given him something despite me being a complete virgin. Is it possible to just naturally have and give someone an STI/STD when you have never done anything with another person?
