D&C and pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and had a D&C May 13th, got my first period on June 12th and took clomid for the first from CD 4-8. I got a BFP July 6th. I’m on prometrium 200mg from 2DPO all the way till now. And I have been on lovenox, baby aspirin, and extra vitamins since my fertile window started. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after a D&C and first period? I need some hope! I am 5 weeks today and took this test yesterday.
