Day 3 LO on BF not pooping

Hi mommies... My LO is 3days old and I have been breastfeeding (BF) him so far, no problem with latching but he will falls asleep after sucking for 10 mins.. I then try to wake him up to re latch and continue sucking just for the whole cycle to repeat again .... Usually the BF session will last slightly lesser than 20mins for each breasts ... And then 2-3 hours later, everything repeat again ....

Anyone having same problem / experience before ??

Also his wet diapers have been quite little .... It was only 3 today (and today ending soon) and no poop ... I am worried he's not getting enough ml in his tummy....!
