Cramps 🥴
My cramps were so bad today! I was throwing up and going to the bathroom a lot. I finally took a hot bath and felt a little bit better but when I got out I felt really lightheaded. I ended up passing out on my bed. Man, my cramps have never been that bad before, I’m scared for tmrw.😖 Does anybody have any tips for helping cramps?
