Sensitive wipes that don't break the bank?

My little 3 month old is experiencing sensitivity to wipes.  The only ones I have found that don't make him breakout are the Aqua Pampers Pure.  (Even the Pampers Sensitive and Sensitive Up & Up make him break out).
However, the Pampers Pure wipes are expensive!  Does anyone know of any cheaper alternatives for very sensitive babies?

I'm not sure how the prices compare to what you're using, but my pediatrician recommended using dry wipes at home that you just wet when you need them,  then the more pricey stuff for when we are out. Also she said do not wipe pee diapers, only poop. She said not only does it cut back on wipes, but the wipes just cause unnecessary irritation because there's no need to wipe pee (if there's a lot of excess liquid then just use toilet paper)

I use cloth wipes for daughter that I just wet with water. I cut out flanel squares so it was super cheap!

I buy these on Amazon and add water to them in my Oxo tot wipes dispenser. They’re more gentle than any wipes you can buy because they’re literally just cloth and water. For on the go I prefer Waterwipes. My son is sensitive to every other wipe, even the Pampers Pure ones give him a rash.

We had an open wound diaper rash due to extremely sensitive skin on our newborn and the docs all said use water wipes and dab, don’t wipe. We make our own using Viva select a size paper towels (softest I found) that we cut in half and then just douse in tap water. Keep them in a baggie or Tupperware so they stay moist. 🤗

If you are in the UK I would try the Aldi extra sensitive ones (the blue packet not the green one). They are super cheap and are the only wipes that my little boy can use other than water wipes x
