Perineal massage vs sex?
So I’m trying to stretch as much as I can being my due date is in 17 days! However, I tried doing the perineal massages on myself and I feel like I’m not doing it right cause of my belly in the way. And I don’t think my bf would do it right even if I explained it to him lol so would having sex be just as good as the massages??
