Growing pain or stomach ache?

Idk for the past hour I feel like I have a stomach cramps in my upper left side of my stomach I’m 25 weeks should I be worried. The only reason I’m kind of worried was because I had a sandwich today with pepperoni and salami or am I in my head is this just growing pains

If it were me i would drink some water and see how i feel in the AM. It sounds like it could be growing pains. It could also be baby in that area. I can tell you have had cold cut sandwiches recently and i have yet to have a listeria issue. Perhaps your tummy just isn’t agreeing with what you ate. That could happen with a sandwich or anything else you eat. I wouldn’t be concerned but i would monitor the pain to see if it will go away. I hope this helps!
