Soo confuce about all thiz test

On june 17 i did 5 test they all came positive but that same night I started bleeding for 4 days no cloths just pure blood so mi supposed period suppost to start in 2 days the first 2 test were back in june and 2 bottoms are today soo confused and i haven been to the doctor do the bottoms ones look positive for u guys
