I'm disgusted with this. America's outlook and treatment of the homeless is despicable.

I get it maybe some do bring crime and drugs. But why are we not providing places for them? The amount of abandoned houses and warehouses and other buildings is abundant. People don't want them using the restrooms I'm businesses or them sitting around on the street around them. But we just holding them down. Continuously kicking them while their down.
