Weird uncomfortable pain

Hey girlies!

I have tried to scour the internet but cannot find any answers. Because it’s summer now and I’m in a hot country, whenever I’m sitting or lying down and I feel really hot (it’s like 37 degrees here and I’m boiling) I get a weird discomforting pain in my vagina/bladder, it’s really uncomfortable and really hurts and I can’t do anything about it, does anyone know what this is and does anyone know how to treat it?
