39 weeks ob appointment?

Question

At your 39 week ob appointment did they schedule an induction date for after your due date if you had no labor progress or signs of baby coming soon. Or did they just wait and schedule your 40 week ob appointment. 
Does that question even make sense? 😂
Did they schedule an induction date at your 39 week appointment or make you come to a 40 week appointment and just wait?

They're doing it on friday at my 40 week. He scheduled a NST and ultrasound onto my 40 week and based off that will decide when to get it scheduled for. If something doesnt look great on one of those tests itll be that day or soon. If everything looks good itll be for a week and half or so out.

I’m 39+4. NST and AFI (fluid) ultrasound scheduled for 40+6 next week. If all is well, then the max they will let me go is 42 weeks (8/3) ...praying I don’t go 42 weeks though!

I've been scheduled for induction on the 24th, next Wednesday for the last two weeks. So that was my 36 week appmnt she scheduled it.

they talked to me about a 39 week induction at my 37 week appointment and brought it up again at my 39 week appointment today. scheduled an induction already because they don’t want me going past 40 weeks but i still have another ob appointment the day before

I'm 39+3. Had an appt on Monday. I still have a 40 week appt scheduled AND a 41 week appt... they won't induce until 41.5 at least

I had my 40 week today (I’m 39+6), and told me to schedule another doctors appointment for a week from now, so if he isn’t here by next Tuesday then we will be scheduling an induction date🤦🏻‍♀️
