Mirena hair loss

So I’ve been on the Mirena for about 7 months now and it’s been AMAZING no periods no cramps no side effects other than I’m losing a ton of hair... it’s to the point where I’m getting very self conscious. My question is does anyone know if this stops or regulates? I love the Mirena and don’t want to get it removed because it’s helped with my terrible period cramp pain. But I’m just not sure what to do other than take hair skin & nail supplements! Please give me some info! Thx girlies 💋
