Hip pain when you pee?

No I don’t have an STD or a UTI but I almost get contractions when I urinate. Has anyone else experienced this?

It might be from releasing the pressure off your uterus when you empty your bladder. I would not say I get hip pain but it's like lower abdominal pain achiness occasionally.

Try to empty your bladder often to avoid the pressure build up. That’s the only thing that helps me. If I wait too long to use the bathroom it is uncomfortable and sometimes even painful.
