Saw baby yesterday baby measured at 11w2d and doctor said I was 10w6d?? I don’t quite get it.

Also baby heart beat was 180 the ultrasound lady said it was a “high but that it was normal”

I’m kinda worried baby is not doing good because of the heart beat is anyone else had their babies heart beat at the same number? Is there something I should be worried?🥺

This is my 2nd baby after 7 years.
