Announcing pregnancy ..?

When is everyone in here planning on announcing?? Had my first ultrasound yesterday and am measuring 8+2 😊 This is my first!

We are old (I’m 40 and he’s 43) so we are waiting until we get the results from the genetic testing to announce. Our parents and a few friends know. Last time we didn’t tell anyone until we got the results so 13ish weeks.

I’m really really REALLY bad at keeping secrets😂. And my hubby and i are so excited that keeping the news is hard. Told our parents at 4 weeks... Then close friends and fam at 7 weeks. And after two good ultrasound told the rest of the family at 10 weeks... I know that its early, and also a bit scary, but at the moment it felt great getting this wonderful news off my chest. Waiting to announce to the rest on the world after 14 weeks.

With my first, we told close family and friends in person between 6-12 weeks, then announced on social media at 13 weeks. This time I'm almost 8 weeks, and so far some of our family and a couple friends know, but we're not telling anyone else until after our first appt tomorrow.

I told very close family and friends straight away but didn’t tell anyone else until 17 weeks with our first, and 8 weeks with our second.. I’ll be 9 weeks tomorrow with our 3rd and not sure this time since I haven’t gotten an ultrasound yet

Our one year wedding anniversary is August 10th. I will be 13 weeks. So we will be announcing that day! 😍

We told our families after our first ultrasound at 8 weeks and we’ve told a few close friends already but we won’t officially announce until 12/13 weeks. We did the same with our first except with the first I was so paranoid I waited until after my 15 week appointment to announce to everyone.

I had two mmc before at 6 and 9 weeks im currently around 12 weeks pregannt but not planning to tell anyone until im 5/6 months.

It’s REALLY hard to keep secret. We told my best friend and her fiancé at 5+5 wks, literally 24hrs after we found out. We told my mom & sister at exactly 6wks. I decided I needed to tell them for support should we have a bad first doc visit, I want them there. We will tell his immediate family after our first appointment 8/1. I’ll be 8+2 wks by then. Praying for a good first doc visit. I’m not sure when we will announce to everyone else after that. It depends on how our first visit goes.

I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow. We found out at 4w2d and told our immediate families a few days later. Planning to tell close friends in a week or two and make it public 14-16 weeks. We’re actually happy with keeping the news to ourselves and families for the time being.

We just told our parents today. I am 10w4d. We do not live near any of our family so it was easy to keep to ourselves....plus my Mom has a big mouth. We are planning on telling the world at 13 weeks. It has been nice to have this time to love our nugget without outside distractions.
