Please help! Advice 😫

Yesterday morning I took a Walgreens brand pregnancy test that was faintly positive. Faint, but still very noticeable. I do NOT want to be pregnant at all. I’m 20, and am only on month 2 of my first Skyla IUD. I read the reviews on the tests and all reviews said they give nothing but false positives. Even running those tests under water will apparently give a positive. I took that test one day before my missed period. Today I was suppose to get my period and have yet to get it. I decided this morning at 7am to take a first response line test and it was highly negative. I also took a digital test and it was also negative. Do you guys think I should be worried and test again or just say Fu** you to the Walgreens test and trust the negatives I got on the first response and wait for my period ?
