BIRTH CONTROL PILL

I’ve been on the iud since April. And my periods are very painful I’ve given it the whole 3 months. My doctor wants me to wait the 6 months. I can’t hold off that long and on top of that my periods are almost two weeks long.. i can’t handle that so what are some low hormone pills you all like and don’t effect you that much? My friend takes the one where you get a period every three months. Do you all like that one? I’m just running out of options. Sorry for the long rant.
