Please help , IM CONFUSED & getting frustrated.
Okay so Im confused. I have been charting and i take my temp every morning at 4:30 am which is always around 97.4. Then I take it again at 7:30 & its always around 98.1-98.5.... Im confused why it rises? & could this be conception ?
