Baby feeding needs

My baby girl is 2 weeks old. I am confused on how much milk should she need. Or it varies from baby to baby.

She drinks almost 60-70 ml of formula milk in one feed. I am not able to produce this much yet, so i try to latch her on every 2 hrs and when she feels hungry after latching on for almost 1 hour, we have to feed her with formula.

Is this normal?

Also she suffered from jaundice and was kept in NICU for 2 days and i feel thats where her apetite changed drastically. I am literally confused with all these thoughts.
