Pinched Nerve

Back in 2016 I was in a terrible car accident which resulted in me having broken ribs and herniated disc all in my neck and lower back and when aggravated, they pinch the nerve and cause numbness down my arms and my legs. My finger tips turn blue and are very painful. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and the bigger my baby gets, the more my nerves get compressed and cause numbness and it’s painful to walk or write with my hand and sleep at night. Does this affect my baby at all?
