I’m 7 days post ovulation. I took my temperature yesterday and it was 99.4 and today I took it and it was 97.5 it took a straight dive down. Could this mean implantation happened?

(Try to) Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!

The implantation dip is somewhat of a myth - you're not going to know whether the dip is related to ovulation until you get a positive test. It could be, most certainly. But it could also be a normal luteal phase dip.
My bfp chart does appear to have an implantation dip, but again it was clear until I already got my bfp
