My contractions started on 17th morning 5 am 20 minutes apart.. it slowly progressed to 10 minutes.. by evening 5 it was 7 to 8 apart.. but it was not consistent.. each contraction was 1 to 1 and half minutes long.. around 6 i felt considerable drop in my belly and the pain was becoming unbearable.. we reached the hospital by 7.. as soon as we reached the hospital my contractions were 4 minutes apart and getting closer and closer.. when they checked me I was dilated to a whopping 8cm..

we were moved to the labour room by 8.. I asked for gas for pain relief.. they broke my water to speed things up.. after 3 contractions in the labor room I got the urge to push.. I said I feel her head and the nurse checked and rushed the doctors in.. 10 minutes of pushing and 3 giant pushes I heard my baby girl’s cry..

I got 2nd degree tear due to the huge pushes.. the stitching was even more painful than the contractions..
