When can I begin to heal?

I was told I'm having a miscarriage. Baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and no longer has a heartbeat. Just like my first miscarriage. I've been having brown spotting for 2 weeks now and I just want it all to be over so I can begin to heal. How long before I will begin to pass tissue? With my first miscarriage I started passing tissue right away, that's how I knew I was miscarrying. This one was a huge and terrible shock. I posted this in another group before I saw this one. Figured this would be more appropriate.
