Sharp left pain

Hello ladies. Finally after my frozen fet ( transferred 2) I am 4 weeks pregnant. I had my hcg taken twice and it has doubled in 36 hours. Whenever i get up to quickly i have a sudden sharp left pain that lasts a few seconds. Is this normal?
