Right Pelvic Pain

I've been having stabbing like pains in this area on & off for months now & sometimes I feel it on my right side. When I went to the ER for the pain in January I had a CT scan & they said my appendix was slightly inflamed & my colon was inflamed. They gave me antibiotics and the pain never really went away but it's never hurt to that extent again. It's still hard for me to pass stool so I take miralax daily bu

t even that feels like i'm not getting it all out of my system. All my blood & pee tested since have been normal. Anyone have any idea of what it could be?
