So this is my 3rd baby, and honestly ive always been unsure of labour starting. My 2nd was obvious as my water broke at a dr appointment, so clearly any crampy feeling was contractions after that. My 1st i barely made it to the hospital because i literally kept falling asleep thinking they were braxton hicks. I apparently have a high pain tolerance.

So this is my 3rd, and all day ive been having contractions, some start in my back and go around front, or vise versa, and they do hurt a bit, this is tmi but i have used the bathroom multiple times, started to feel nauseous and been getting the chills, then hot flashes. I have zero idea on if my cervix is dilated, or thinned since drs here dont check. So im honestly not sure if this is the start of something or just random occurrence. Im almost 38 weeks.
