Question without hate please!

I feel like all I do is eat lately, I don’t want to gain as much as I did with my first. My husband left and is on the road, before so we were out doing things everyday. Now I’m cooped in the house without leaving, I can’t ever tell if I’m actually hungry or just bored. Is it wrong that I wait till my stomach growls to eat, if I’m still eating 3 meals?
