Miscarriage and ovulation

Hi,

I had an early miscarriage or chemical at just over 4 weeks. My hcg returned to less than 5 when doc no longer worried. But I still have not ovulated. It has been 22 days... normally I cramp a little during ovulation and been using opk. So far nothing and am starting to worry. Anybody have experience with what is normal? My understanding was that should return to normal cycle quickly as so early. Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated. Just starting to worry somewhat something is wrong....
