"Stair stepping" on Femara/Letrozole
Has anyone had success conceiving after needing two rounds of medication in a cycle?
I have longer cycles to begin with. Took 5mg of letrazole on cd3-7. I'm on cd17 and my RE put me on 7.5mg for five more days since my follicles plateaued.
After six ultrasounds and no progress I'm ready to scratch this IUI cycle 😫
