Make boobs smaller naturally??

There's nothing I want more than a breast reduction. I am in constant pain from the weight of my boobs and I am always self conscious. I tried on this swimsuit I brought last year and I came to the realisation thst I cannot wear it anymore because of my breast.

I cannot afford breast reduction. I work out, but my breasts don't reduce in size at all. I'm at a complete loss. This affects me mentally and physically.

Please please give me your advice or remedies. Anything to help my back or chest pain🙁

PS. Im posting this photo so you girls can see what I mean. They're just boobs, no big deal. I just want help. I am super self conscious so this takes a lot to post it.
