I'm kinda worried and confused..

So the doctor said I was pregnant but she said I was 5 weeks but I have a 5 mm sac but no baby in the sac so basically I have a bubble in there with yolk... Then she told me that since it an early pregnancy I might have a healthy pregnancy or a miscarriage have you guys ever got told that???
