Virginity

I'm 14 and im a virgin, I know, I know that's a really young age to have sex but my boyfriend really wants to. Also he isn't a virgin so he would be taking my virginity... I just don't know how i feel about all of what is going on. Part of me really wants to have sex and another is to scared and insecure. Any advice??? Please anything at all. I have no idea what to do.
