Faint positive but negative clear blue digital+

The one on the left is this morning at 11 DPO, the right was yesterday at 10 DPO. I don't feel any different and I got a negative clear blue digital this morning. It's my mom's birthday today and I want to surprise her but I'm nervous I'm not really pregnant. The doctor said I won't be seen until I'm 8-10 weeks pregnant. Should I wait?
