Could i be pregnant?

Okay so me and my boyfriend had sex on my ovulation day and literally two days after I started spotting it was really light. I continued to spot for the next few days it was not enough to fill a pad or tampon but it was enough to seem like a very early light period. Then one day it was kind of brownish pink orange color and it was a really really light flow and it was a bit of cramping too... So the next couple days onto today I am still lightly bleeding especially when I wipe but it barely comes on the pad... My period is due in two days and I'm so confused because I took a dollar test today and it came back negative... I scheduled a doctor's appointment for Thursday... Until then any suggestions???? Please any advice would be helpful... We are trying to concieve😩... Maybe I'm just under a lot of stress and it's making me spot a lot🤷🏾‍♀️????? I don't know if it was implantation spotting because I'm still spotting... I'm so confused??
