So I was told from one of the midwives I see that spicy food and hot sauce is completely okay. But what about the hot sauces Pain 100% and Mad Dog 357? They’re very hot. Me and my boyfriend have this thing for hot sauce and we like to find really hot hot sauces and taste them and I just wanna make sure that it’s still safe. I’m almost 16 weeks. I don’t plan on eating a spoonful obviously, cause once again they are really hot. But I was thinking dip a chip in it lol. I’m good right?
