I don’t know how to survive this

Okay my baby is 5 months old but born a month premature. Somebody help me. He sleeps in the bassinet next to me, but he started rolling so I had to stop swaddling. He isn’t sleeping. He wakes and cries a million times. Pulls out his own pacifier and can’t put it back. He wakes up trying to roll over but gets stuck in the bassinet. And none of are getting any sleep. It’s not sustainable. I gotta do something else. I ordered a zippity zip but it’s not here yet and he’s a bit small for one I think. Please help me. Please. There has to be an answer besides letting him cry and none of us getting any sleep.
