I voted no -- technically YES you can since it's a smaller quantity.. but personally I dont know the temperature its kept at and make sure its food safe. I just make my tuna at home if I want it!

My dr told me tuna is the only thing to avoid it has to much murcury for babys brain. That's all I've wanted to eat so guess what I plan on having after I deliver. Foot long tuna with lettus.

You can have up to 2 cans of light tuna per week, but Subway is a little risky considering the temperature of their tuna may not be right where it should be and risk of food poisoning is higher. Your call though, I know a lot of moms still eat Subway, even cold lunch meat.

i was told not to eat subway specifically because they leave the meat out all day. but if its jersey mikes where it’s refrigerated and brought out to make your sandwich fresh that is ok 🤷🏼‍♀️
