Me and my partner BD the 16th,17th and today. Glow says my ovulation day is the 23rd. I have had crazy cramps in my palvic left side, have had headaches and feeling tired all day. I couldn't sleep after being woke up so early as i felt like i needed to BD sooo bad. Anyone know if this is just the ovulation. I was on implant 3 years on an d took a year break, and went back on for 3 years. But not used to these periods anymore as haven't had any for 3 years lol x
