Thyroid? Helppp

Question

I took my blood test the other day because I had my daughter about 6 months ago and have not had my period. They always been off but my test came back and it says my thyroid is 6.14 what does this mean. What do I do.

That is very high for a TSH level. It would throw off a lot of things. Your metabolism, aching in joints and body in general, fatigue, hunger, weight gain, brain fog, frail hair, decreased integrity of the skin, menstrual cycle disturbances, etc...
I would definitely talk to your doctor.  
Everyone is different with TSH levels and how their body responds but I’m super sensitive I always can tell when my levels are off. 
For example, I feel most “normal” (absence of signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism) when my TSH is at 1 or lower like 0.8 ish. It’s a super sensitive hormone that regulates many body systems/functions.  
I always know when my levels are off Hypo (Low or under functioning - TSH will be a higher number they have an opposite relation) or Hyper (high or higher/ over functioning - TSH which will give a number of 0.01 or undetectable on the measuring scale) Hypo and Hyper have different signs and symptoms but some can overlap. 
I just know if I was at the TSH level you are I would be miserable and it takes 2-3 months for things to get back to normal.

Talk with your endo - sounds like your meds need to be increased a bit.  I believe under 4.5 for your tsh is the goal when not pregnant.
