nighttime morning sickness at 6 weeks

I’m currently in the bathroom after hugging my toilet for the past hour. I woke up and had the sudden urge to go to the toilet toilet... it was cramping my stomach so much, i feel constipated but with diahhrea.

It was making me feel so ill i instantly felt sick and started throwing up in the toilet, and feel completely better afterwards than i was but still feel so sick! it’s so painful i don’t know if this is normal?

Is this what the morning sickness is meant to be similar too? I am a first time mum aswell sorry if this is a silly question
