Why am I so scared

That I'm going to miscarry again granted I domt produce hcg like "normal"people it didn't happen with my daughter and it's not happening again with this one. I'm not having any bleeding but I am having some gas cramps and so ligament stretching like in my back and lower tummy

I am 8 weeks today and got this back when I was only 6 weeks. I'm not asking for medical advice I'm just posting and venting a bit also baby is that very lovely black blob what do you think of gender?
