What type of discharge is this???

I was in the bathroom clipping coupon while taking a pee. I had recently taken a pregnancy test 2 hour since I return home. As usually I always check myself out before I clean up. When it was time to wipe, I had thos discharge hanging from my vagina. The pregnancy test said I'm not pregnant so what type of discharge is this?? Very clear with some white discharge. I hadnt had any sex this but last month I did several time. Would the test have been wrong? Was by hormone enough to detect pregnancy? I brought 2 dollar test might try the other in 2 week.
