Pimple on Areola?

Help!
16 weeks pregnant, not currently breast feeding. One of these looks similar to a pimple, while a few others just seem swollen? 
They HURT to touch! Not itchy.

Looks like Montgomery glands (google for pics)... they help lubricate nipples and get you ready for breastfeeding... I don’t think they can get infected but worth a call to your doc office as that looks more swollen

I got them but not pimple just milk glands ducts something anyway my ob said it's normal to appear after u start producing milk

Its a pimple I get them all the time you pop it and it feels amazing
