Gas x?
When I’m not nauseous, as soon as I eat I get so bloated and have gas pains. Anyone know if gas X is safe during first trimester ?? Tums helped the heartburn a little but not that Bloat/gas pains. Ugh I just want to feel better. Only 7 weeks in!
