Toothache while pregnant

What can i do about a really bad toothache while pregnant? I really want it out my mouth right this moment like i want to pull it myself. Tylenol doesn’t help at all the orajel only helps for 2 mins if that. I’m going crazy in so much pain. i don’t know if my doctor will let me get it pulled since I’m very high risk but at this point i don’t care what the doctor might say because this toothache is driving me up a wall. I got to get it out 1 way or another.
