I blacked out after sex !!?

This isn’t the first time , but , earlier today me and my boyfriend where having sex , nothing out the ordinary, but when we finished it was like my hearing was off , like my ears felt weird and things sounded weird . I have anxiety and I just felt awkward saying something about it , I went to go clean myself up when I started feeling like I did the last time I passed out after we had sex ( THESE ARE THE ONLY TIMES IVE EVER PASSED OUT ) everything started getting black and I immediately called for him and he got me to the bed to lay back and got me some lemonade. After about 5 min I was good , but he said my whole body was shaking and I was sweating badly , anyone else ever have this happen ? Should I see a doctor or like ? 😂 because it’s definitely a little awkward.
