Waking up first hour of sleep!

Does anyone else’s little one wake up once or twice in the first hour or so of sleep?

My baby girl is 16 weeks and for the last week she has been waking crying in the first hour or 2 of sleep! She never wakes crying even for food. She just makes a bit of noise to get my attention!

She has also changed to waking twice or 3 times after this throughout the night for feeding! She is ravenous when she wakes so I think this is a growth spurt. Is it all related?
